Winchester, Calif. – February 2017 – Willow Ridge is a new home community set in Winchester, in the Inland Empire, that offers a collection of quick move-in homes that are ready when you are. Prospective homebuyers have a variety of floorplans to choose from in both single and two story designs.

Lastly, the Residence Four plan is another sprawling two-story home. It features five bedrooms, with the option of a sixth, a downstairs flex room, formal dining room, huge open-concept living area, upstairs loft and two-bay garage with added storage space.

Lennar also builds a fifth floorplan at Willow Ridge. Plan 4121 is one of Lennar’s The Home Within A Home® floorplans and is also known as Lennar’s Superhome. This 4,121-square foot home includes an attached private suite with its own entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, retreat with option for second bedroom and kitchenette. The home in total can provide up to seven bedrooms with an upstairs loft and three-bay garage.
