Two new communities will debut at Remington Place the following weekend with model tours, by appointment, beginning Saturday, August 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Westward and Trailhead will offer two distinctive collections of home designs with eight floorplans in total and sizes that range from approximately 1,769 to 4,134 square feet. With a variety of single-family home designs to choose from, including the new Superhome 2.0 Next Gen® plan, these new homes will provide three to seven bedrooms, two to four and one-half bathrooms and two to three-bay garages. Amenities will include easy access to a nearby 5-acre city park, trails, a tot lot, picnic areas, open turf field and pickleball and cornhole courts.
