San Bernardino, Calif. – September 2016 – One of the nation’s largest builders of new home communities, Lennar, will celebrate the opening of the newly expanded Recreation Center at the Rosena Ranch masterplanned community, this Saturday, September 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“We are very excited to open the expanded pool area for all the Rosena Ranch residents,” said Tara Conklin, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Inland Empire. “From the additional pool, to the covered pool deck, barbecue areas and newly expanded fitness center — these amenities will help our residents stay active!”
The opening of the newly expanded recreation center offers an additional new parking lot, pool, raised sundeck, shade trellis, turf, barbecue and picnic area. At the fitness center, a free weights room was added to what was previously the yoga and kids room, both of which were relocated within the facility.
In its entirety, the Rosena Ranch recreation center offers residents a great way to stay active with plenty of amenities. Members of this community enjoy a clubhouse, the state-of-the-art fitness center, Jr. Olympic-sized swimming pool, kid’s splash park, park with walking trails, a tot lot with playground and more.
Lennar has four communities within the Rosena Ranch masterplan, Aster, Rosewood, Chaparral and Sage neighborhoods.
