Lennar debuts three communities at Rockport Ranch in Menifee

Lennar Inland Empire invites homebuyers to take part in a Grand Opening celebration for three new collections of homes at the Rockport Ranch master-planned community in Menifee, CA. Saturday, June 3rd, model homes will be open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm for tours, while guests enjoy complimentary smoothies and churros from a food truck available between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Nine homes will be on display from the West Shore, North Shore and South Shore collections. Featuring open-concept layouts, stylish finishes and popular upgrades, every home has been designed with modern life in mind. Plus, the South Shore offers two floorplans featuring Lennar’s exclusive Next Gen® design which includes an attached private suite with its own entrance, living space, kitchenette, full bathroom and bedroom – ideal for multigenerational families, home office setups and more.

The West Shore collection offers four unique floorplans ranging between 1,860 to 2,228 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Three homes are available in the North Shore collection, offering 1,772 to 2,623 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The South Shore collection provides seven floorplans to choose from with 1,950 to 4,134 square feet and three to five bedrooms with two to four and one-half bathrooms.
