Chino, Calif. – June 2019 – Lennar Inland is thrilled to announce their newest community to The Preserve masterplan, Summerfield, will Grand Open on Saturday, June 22 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Home shoppers are invited to enjoy complimentary food, drinks, fun festivities and the first opportunity to tour the model homes. The Welcome Home Center will be open for information on Saturday, June 15.

Summerfield will present a fine collection of distinctive home designs with sizes that range from approximately 1,714 to 1,909 square feet of living spaces. The homes offer modern layouts to meet the needs of today’s busy families, with open-concept layouts among the great room, gourmet kitchens, and dining areas that provide an easy flow throughout the home and make it easy to entertain.
