Sacramento, Calif. – September 2019 – Lennar invites the public to attend their Grandparent’s Day celebration this Saturday, September 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at select communities to enjoy complimentary sweet treats and prizes. The event will celebrate the importance of family and keeping multiple generations together under one roof or close by.
“We are really excited to host this event in two distinctive locations: in Elk Grove and Woodland, we’re hosting the event in our Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® models to shine a light on the benefits of living in a multigenerational household,” said Michelle Velky, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “We’re also hosting the event at our active adult communities, which provide a low maintenance lifestyle for 55+ families, allowing them to live closer to family in those locations.”
Lennar will host the event at Fieldstone in Elk Grove and Spring Lake in Woodland. Lennar has three distinctive neighborhoods of home designs at both communities, the celebration will take place in the three Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® model homes per masterplan.
Lennar first introduced their line of Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs back in 2011 as a rise to multigenerational living across the country. These innovative floorplans feature attached private suites with their own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. The design provides the perfect home for aging parents or grandparents, allowing extended family to live together without sacrificing privacy.
The event will also take place at three of their active adult masterplans, Heritage El Dorado Hills, Heritage Solaire in Roseville and Heritage Vineyard Creek in Sacramento.
