Lennar invites home shoppers of all ages to attend their Spring Fling event this Saturday, April 30, from 11 am to 3 pm, at both their Heritage Placer Vineyards community and neighboring Sierra West community to explore dozens of new model homes. Heritage Placer Vineyards is a gated masterplan exclusively for 55+ homebuyers, while Sierra West, located just 5 minutes away, features home designs for families at every stage. With both communities now selling in such close proximity, it’s a unique opportunity for homebuyers to keep the family close.

Sierra West, also located in Roseville, will debut brand-new models at their same day Spring Fling event from two new collections, Windham and Breckenridge.
