• Meribel features three unique floorplans to choose from, with sizes that range from 2,362 to 3,317 square feet, four to five bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms. Prices from the mid $500,000s.
• St. Moritz also provides four distinctive floorplans to choose from. Sizes range from 2,119 to 3,033 square feet, three to four bedrooms, three to three and one-half square feet and prices that start from the low $500,000s.

Each collection includes single-story and two-story designs, along with a Next Gen® home that features an attached private suite with separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and kitchenette.
