Lennar invites prospective home shoppers to attend their three Grand Openings of new luxury communities on  Saturday, January 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees will enjoy complimentary food, fun festivities and the first opportunity to tour new model homes at Hawk View, Folsom Ranch and Heritage El Dorado Hills.

“This is a very exciting day for us and an incredible kick off to what is sure to be a great year ahead,” said Michelle Velky, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Sacramento. “We are unveiling the model homes at Hawk View for the first time, as well a new model at Heritage El Dorado Hills and a Next Gen® model at Folsom Ranch.”

Hawk View at Bass Lake Hills will celebrate its official Grand Opening and present four model homes that showcase the distinctive floorplans available at this community. The homes come in both single and two-story layouts that range in size from approximately 2,005 to 3,487 square feet, three to five bedrooms and three to four and one-half bathrooms. Homes are priced starting from the $600s and the event will take place at the Welcome Home Center located at 2354 Brannan Way in El Dorado Hills.

Legends at Heritage El Dorado Hills will also present a new model home showcasing the Carmel Plan, a single-story home that offers 1,813 square feet of living space. Situated within the active adult masterplan, this community provides a resort-style lifestyle for individuals aged 55 and better complete with a gated environment and top-notch amenities. Today’s opening will take place at the Legends Welcome Home Center, located at 2968 Calypso Circle in El Dorado Hills.

Oakleaf at Folsom Ranch will unveil a new model home showcasing one of four floorplans available at the community, a Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design. This spacious floorplan provides 3,512 square feet with five bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and a three-bay garage. The event will take place at the Welcome Home Center, located at 4481 Hummingbird Circle in Folsom.
