Twelve model homes are available to tour at Lennar’s premier 55+ community, Heritage Placer Vineyards in Roseville. Showcasing home designs from three collections offered at the masterplan, home shoppers can now explore the new single-story homes that are now selling for active adults.

Heritage Placer Vineyards features three collections of home designs at Molise, Lazio and Emilia. All single-story detached homes, the masterplan offers a total of 12 distinctive floorplans to choose from with sizes that range from 1,260 to 2,993 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three and one-half bathrooms and two to three-bay garages.
