Every Next Gen® home features an attached private suite which showcases a layout that functions as a home within itself. They come equipped with a separate entrance, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and kitchenette but also provide direct access to the main home when desired. Some of the larger Next Gen® plans include private access to their own detached one-bay garage.
Every new home Lennar builds is part of their signature Everything’s Included® program and showcases a high level of standard features that come at no additional cost.
