With model homes already open at The Grove and The Orchard, three new communities Summerstone, Magnolia and Sunflower will Grand Open on Saturday, August 17.

Between the three coming soon communities, home shoppers have 11 distinctive home designs to choose from in total. Sizes range from approximately 1,945 to 3,731 square feet of living space with up to five bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms. Prices start from the low $500,000s.
At each of Lennar’s five communities now selling at Spring Lake, one of the homebuilder’s popular Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs is available. Created with multigenerational living in mind, these innovative floorplans all include an attached private suite with the flexibility to function as a home within itself. Next Gen® suites always feature their own separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette.
