Formerly a CalAtlantic Homes community, the new Lennar models will showcase all the Everything’s Included® features and upgrades that come in all new Lennar homes that are now selling at Andalucia.

Additionally, the residences showcase stunning interior details, such as open-concept living spaces, first floor bedrooms, luxurious master suites, gorgeous kitchens, bonus rooms and three-bay tandem garages per plan.
The new Lennar homes at Andalucia showcase the homebuilder’s signature Everything’s Included® program. Formerly a CalAtlantic Homes community, a select number of CalAtlantic Homes are still available for sale at Andalucia, which provide the opportunity for customized features to match the homebuyer’s personal style. The previous model homes, which showcase stunning upgrades throughout, are now selling.
