One of the nation’s leading homebuilders, Lennar, announced two new collections of townhomes are coming soon to Epoca, a new master-planned community in south San Diego. With several floorplans available, home sizes will range from approximately 1,117 to 1,587 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages.

Willow will also bring a collection of attached home designs to the Epoca master-planned community. Sizes will range from approximately 1,501 to 1,767 square feet with two to four beds, two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms and two-bay garages.

Residents will enjoy access to ample future amenities including two parks, a clubhouse with a pool and fitness center, and a long paseo that connects various parts of the community. Children of the community will likely attend local schools including Ocean View Hills Elementary, Vista Del Mar Middle school and San Ysidro High School.
