Lennar announced the release of the model homes for sale at several communities, including The Commons and the Pavilion at Pacific Village in Rancho Peñasquitos, and The Collection at St. Cloud in Oceanside. The Pavilion at Pacific Village is a collection of attached townhomes with three distinctive floorplans to choose from that range in size from approximately 1,454 to 2,005 square feet, two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-bay garages. This community features no Mello-Roos and offers access to the coveted Poway School District.

The Collection at St. Cloud is a townhome community in Oceanside that has released its model homes for sale.
