Lennar will introduce six new model homes on Saturday, January 9 from their new collection of attached townhomes for sale, Cleo at Millenia in the city of Chula Vista. Home shoppers can start making appointments for their tours with self-guided and Lennar-guided tour options available.

Cleo offers a collection of nine distinctive floorplans to choose from with three and four-story design options and six plans modeled and available to tour. The homes will also showcase contemporary open-concept living areas, second-story balconies, first floor bedrooms and luxe owner’s suites per plan.
