Lennar San Diego announced their newest masterplan – The Farm in Poway – is coming soon to north county San Diego. The Farm in Poway will bring five distinctive collections of home designs, with options for every lifestyle including single-family homes, detached homes, and duplex-style home designs.

Each new Lennar home at The Farm in Poway will also showcase a high level of Everything’s Included® features at no extra cost. Notable items include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, whole-home connectivity, a Ring security kit and more as standard. The community will also feature no Mello-Roos or CFD costs.

Located in the popular Poway School District, children will attend highly rated local schools including Chaparral Elementary School, Twin Peaks Middle School and Poway High School.
