Lennar San Diego announced today that The Farm in Poway will open the pre-qualification process on Thursday, June 19, at 10 a.m. for the first two collections, Homestead and The Cottage. The Farm in Poway will bring five distinctive collections of home designs, with options for every lifestyle including single-family homes, detached homes and duplex-style home designs.

“We have received tremendous interest in The Farm so far, which is why we are thrilled to open up pre-qualifications on these new homes that are coming soon,” said Cindy Baker, Director of Marketing for Lennar San Diego. “Designed with conservation of open space in mind, the community is planned to include acres of preserved open space to provide plenty of outdoor areas for residents to enjoy, along with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.”

The Farm in Poway will also include future planned amenities, such as a tot lot and community gardens.

The first two collections will be The Cottages and Homestead, which will present approximately six distinctive single-family floorplans in one and two-story designs to choose from. Sizes range from approximately 2,291 to 3,823 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two and one-half to five and one-half bathrooms. A Next Gen® design will be offered at Homestead, complete with an attached private suite featuring its own separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

Three more collections will follow with The Meadows, The Bungalow and The Gardens, anticipated for 2024.

Each new Lennar home at The Farm in Poway will showcase a high level of Everything’s Included® features at no extra cost. Notable items include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, whole-home connectivity, a Ring security kit and more as standard.

Located in the popular Poway School District, children will attend highly rated local schools including Chaparral Elementary School, Twin Peaks Middle School and Poway High School.
