Lennar’s newest masterplan, Canopy Grove, is a one-of-a-kind masterplan community situated in the heart of Escondido, with four new communities that are now selling. Models are open by appointment with self-guided tours available. With a wide variety of single-family homes to choose from, home shoppers will find great single-story options at Haven, Retreat and Sanctuary.

The Plan 1 home designs at Haven, Retreat and Sanctuary all showcase single-story designs and range in size from approximately 1,525 to 1,994 square feet. These homes feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-bay garages with prices that start from the low $600,000s.

Canopy Grove features four communities in total, with model homes open by appointment at each community and self-guided or Lennar-guided tours available. Models from each community showcase two-story designs, however a single-story home is ready for in-person tours and home shoppers can schedule an appointment with a New Home Consultant to learn more or visit the website to explore floorplans and renderings.

Future amenities make the Canopy Grove masterplan a desirable place to live, including three parks with extensive walking paths, Pickle Ball and Bocce Ball, playgrounds, barbeques, dog parks and picnic pavilions. A barn-style recreation area called Basecamp will sit at the heart of Canopy Grove and offer an exciting hub of activity. The space offers a gathering area equipped with a kitchen, indoor and outdoor event spaces, restrooms and an office.
