Fort Collins, Colo. – July 2019 – Lennar is helping homeowners get their little ones ready for the start of the new school year with a fun homeowner event at three of their communities – Mosaic Paired and Mosaic Single Family in Fort Collins and WildWing in Timnath. Held at the community’s respective Welcome Home Center on August 3^rd from 12 to 2 p.m., realtors and homeowners are encouraged to bring friends and family and come out for a fun afternoon with complimentary bites. Enjoy Biker Jim’s gourmet hot dogs at WildWing and Mosaic Single Family and ice cream bars at Mosaic Paired. Plus, the first twenty guests at each community who bring a referral will receive a bag of school supplies to take home.
