Mark your calendars because Lennar is Grand Opening two new collections at Sterling Ranch – The Monarch & Patio Villas – on Saturday, January 18^th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, January 19^th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The public is invited to come out and enjoy complimentary eats from 12 to 2 p.m., tour five professionally decorated models, explore the quick move-in homes available, learn more about the community and Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program.

The Patio Villas Collection offers designs ranging from approximately 1,648 to 1,871 square feet, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages. These new homes start from the mid $400s.
