Lennar Colorado is excited to invite prospective homebuyers and members of the community to their grand opening event for Leyden Rock, this weekend, October 8-9. Lennar will present two collections of homes to the public, The Grand and The Monarch Collections, along with passing out free pumpkins and a coffee cart. The Espresso Affair cart will be at the event on Saturday from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m.

The Grand Collection offers ten different floorplans for homebuyers to choose from, including two of Lennar’s popular  The Home Within A Home® floorplans, Hanford and Woodbridge. These unique homes were designed to accommodate multigenerational and dual housing situations by providing an attached private suite with its own separate entrance, living room, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and laundry area. Another door makes the unit accessible from within the main home, allowing for as much privacy from or direct access to the main home as is desired.

Homes from The Grand Collection vary in size between approximately 1,874 to 3,432 square feet, provide three to four bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms. These homes come in both single and two-story models and are priced starting from the $400,000’s.
