Lennar celebrated grounbreaking of their newest community – Summit Reserve

Lennar celebrated the groundbreaking of their newest upscale community of luxurious estate homes, Summit Reserve, located in Greenacres.

City of Greenacres Mayor Ferreri, Deputy Mayor and Councilman Jonathan G. Pearce and Councilwoman Paula Bousquet joined more than 40 guests on Wednesday, March 30th for a groundbreaking ceremony and luncheon. Mayor Ferreri spoke on behalf of the City to welcome Lennar Homes to Greenacres, thank them for their partnership and involvement in the community, and share the entire City’s enthusiasm and excitement for Summit Reserve and the positive impact it will have on the growing, family-friendly Greenacres community.
