Twin Eagles features three new Lennar Executive Home plans

When home buyers are in search of the perfect combination of stellar golf and beautiful home options, they should look no further than the brand new Kinross neighborhood located in Naples’ Twin Eagles. The two-part value is unmatched in Naples.

Three new stunning floor plans are exclusive to this neighborhood. Dave Meyers, Director of Sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, commented, “Homebuyers at Kinross are excited to have an opportunity to live in a luxurious home offered nowhere else in the Lennar landscape. These three new plans are in a superb setting with an exclusive, 36-hole golf course with a short list of only 600 members. Buyers have been very excited about the new plans – we’ve had 13 sales already, even before our grand opening.”

The three new homes are an upgrade of what Lennar has built in the past in their Executive Collection. The new plans have 11’ ceilings (12’ in the foyers) and larger kitchens with one-height granite islands. The new Angelina plan features 2,061 square feet of living space divided between 3 bedrooms (or 2 bedrooms plus den) and 2 baths. The Angelina has the largest main living space, which is highlighted by a massive 21’ wide kitchen with a large 11’ island, and the largest and most formal dining room of the plans.

The Maria offers 2,247 square feet of living space with 3 full baths and 3 spacious bedrooms plus den or 4th bedroom. None of the bedrooms abuts another. The kitchen also is very large with an island and a walk-in pantry. The Catalina is an adaptation of the Maria floor plan. A partial second story increases the square footage to 2,850. Upstairs is a flex room with tray ceiling that could be a 4th bedroom or a bonus room, a full bath and a wet bar. This home is perfect for buyers with lots of visitors or kids still at home. The models for the Angelina and Maria are almost finished and should be fully furnished by early July.

Kinross will have 86 homes, 58 of which have southern-facing direct golf or over-water-to-golf views. The other four plans offered by Lennar at Twin Eagles feature 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths and up to nearly 2,300 square feet. An abundance of architectural details are showcased as well as an impressive list of luxury extras you get with Lennar’s Everything’s Included package. Features include a breezy lanai with complete summer kitchen, beautiful heated pool and spa with cage, gourmet interior kitchen with upgraded cabinets and all stainless appliances, frameless glass-enclosed shower in the master bath suite, tray ceilings, crown molding, and impact glass windows and doors, eliminating the need for storm shutters. The homes in Kinross are now selling with ALL of these options, including homesite premium and pool, from the low $500s.

The value doesn’t stop there. When you live in Kinross at Twin Eagles, you not only have a magnificent backdrop from every vantage point, you live where the golf pros play. The Jack Nicklaus designed Talon course has hosted seven PGA events. It is regarded as one of the finest courses in Florida with magnificent towering oaks and palm trees, lakes, bunkers, mounding and natural cypress hammocks. The par 72 design is classic Nicklaus with 7,193 yards from longest tees, tough approach shots and rolling greens. The course is considered fair and offers a lot of enjoyment for all levels of golfers. Even though water comes into play on most holes, they can be played without any forced carries.

The Eagle Course, designed by renowned course architect Steve Smyers, has added another dimension to the club’s popularity. Residents and pros alike love the Course’s thought provoking playing angles, optical challenges and gorgeous setting. The design was meant to imbue the Scottish heritage of golf. It has a classic, historical design but features modern yardages to keep up with today’s high performance equipment. The Eagle course was recently named the “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine.

Even though golf is a huge draw, there are also a broad variety of other amenities to suit various lifestyles at Twin Eagles. At the center of the recreational and social life is the breathtaking 47,000 square foot clubhouse. The design of this clubhouse as well as the entire community is reminiscent of vintage St. Andrews in Scotland, where the game of golf was born. The 6,500 square foot fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and sits adjacent to an outdoor restaurant and bar. Between the two new buildings is a new beach-entry pool and large well-landscaped deck area with a view of the lake.

Twin Eagles is open Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. The community is located off Immokalee Road, a few miles east of I-75. For information, call 866-203-6325 or visit SWFLsave.com/Community/Twin-Eagles.
