After filling out a request for information form on our website, a Lennar Associate will reach out to learn more about your homebuying needs and answer any questions you may have. They will schedule an appointment for you to meet with a New Home Consultant at your desired time. You will also be given the New Home Consultant’s contact information if you have questions before your appointment.
Book an appointment online
You can also book an appointment online on Lennar.com. Visit your desired community’s website and select the ‘schedule a tour’ button. You will be asked which homes you’d like to visit and your contact information. You will then choose the day and time that works for you! You can schedule appointments up to a week out if you’re not ready to visit the community on the same day.
Visit a Welcome Home Center
When it’s time for your appointment, our New Home Consultants will be ready to assist you in our Welcome Home Center. Our team of skilled sales professionals will listen to your needs and help you find the best fit for you. Do you need a three-car garage for extra storage? Simply scan the QR code on the model’s front door, which allows you to unlock the tour at your scheduled time. This is a great method to tour if you are just starting to think about purchasing a home and want to see what Lennar is currently building.
