Your Welcome Home Center visit.

Getting as much information as possible during your visit to Lennar.com can help you narrow down your options and preferences when it comes to finding your dream home. Once you know which communities or home designs you’re interested in, it’s time to schedule a Welcome Home Center visit to get a first-hand experience of what life is like in a Lennar community.

Before your visit.

When shopping for your next chapter in life, it’s beneficial to have some sort of idea of what you’re looking for, from bedroom and bathroom count to floorplan layout and even community amenities. Select communities offer special options, like our Next Gen® design which includes a private attached ideal for multigenerational living, home office setups and more.

Before scheduling an appointment to tour the Welcome Home Center, visit Lennar.com to view floorplans, community details, photos, virtual tours and more.  You may also find it helpful to jot down any initial questions that come to mind while browsing online. Sit down with other household members to discuss what features are most important to you in a new home.

Knowing what you want out of a home can help your New Home Consultant find what best fits your needs. Before your visit, determine your ideal move-in date. Is this date firm or do you have flexibility for the right home? Consider location and commute times, research school districts and keep local amenities in mind. Once you’ve decided on the ideal Lennar community for you, it’s time to schedule a visit.

Why visit the Welcome Home Center?

We encourage all future homebuyers to pay a visit to the Welcome Home Center when it works for them! We know your time is valuable and it is important that our New Home Consultants show you the homes, discuss included features and answer all of your questions.

Scheduling a personal appointment with a New Home Consultant is a valuable opportunity to check off a few boxes on your list and review availability, pricing and community amenities. But, if you’re still unsure or prefer a self-guided tour, many of our communities also offer that option!

How to schedule your visit.

There are a variety of options available to schedule your visit, with the easiest being directly on Lennar.com. Go to the page of the home or community of your interest and simply press the “Schedule a tour” button.

Additionally, New Home Consultants are available by phone, email and Live Chat to answer questions, provide more detail and help you set your appointment. If you prefer to have a consultant reach out to help schedule your upcoming visit, go to the plan or community page and press the “Request info” button. In your request, include your phone number, the best time for us to reach you, and your desired date and time to visit.

What to expect.

For Lennar-guided visits, you’ll be greeted by your New Home Consultant when you first arrive at the Welcome Home Center. Feel free to relax and make yourself at home as you tour the model home and discuss your new home needs and wants. Bring the questions you wrote down earlier and ask about the surrounding area, community amenities and local schools. Your New Home Consultant is available to answer your questions and help you make the best decisions about your new home purchase. You are also welcome to take notes and photos to review later.

From your first visit to the community to move-in day in your new home, it’s our goal to provide you with an exceptional homebuying experience. We look forward to seeing you soon!
