Lennar homebuyers, Wendy and Earl were looking for a way to combine their two households. Each with children still at home, Wendy with three and Earl with two, they also faced the challenge of putting two homes on the market. But nonetheless, they went to check out the developing community of Remington, offering Next Gen® – The Home Within a Home floorplans in Henderson, Nevada. They fell in love with the Liberty plan, which they now call home.
Thanks to Opendoor, an online buying and selling real estate service, Wendy and Earl were also able to stay in their previous home until their new Lennar home was complete.
