Internet Sales Consultant:
Our Internet Sales Consultants (ISC) are available to you via Lennar.com by live chat, text, or email, whichever option is most convenient.
Our ISC will walk you through the initial steps of your new Lennar home search, helping you narrow down your choices, based on your preferences and style, into a customized list of homes for you to visit at our nearest communities. In addition to pinpointing homes of interest, our ISCs are qualified to answer any questions you may have about Lennar, our subsidiary members, and our online resources.
Once you have selected your top communities, our ISC can set up an appointment for you to tour each community with one of our New Home Consultants.
New Home Consultant
When you arrive for your appointment at the Welcome Home Center, you will meet one of our New Home Consultants (NHC), who will gladly take you on a tour of the community, which includes a walk-through of any inventory homes that showcase available floorplans.
Our NHCs can answer any questions you may have about the homesites and surrounding area; floorplans and design motifs; and step-by-step process of purchasing a new Lennar home, from contract to close.
Our NHC becomes your NHC once you buy and own a new Lennar home. Your NHC can advise you accordingly, addressing any concerns you have as a new owner and consult you down the road on Lennar warranties and services.
Eagle Home Mortgage Loan Officer
If you need to apply for a mortgage and get home-financing guidance, Eagle Home Mortgage, LLC., a subsidiary member of the Lennar family, is here to help. Eagle Home Mortgage Loan Officers are focused on providing you with the most appropriate loan options to suit your personal home-purchasing needs. They will be with you from the initial loan application to closing day, seeing you through a smooth transition into homeownership.
Construction Manager
When you purchase a contract-to-build Lennar home, our on-site Construction Manager will oversee all the planning, design, construction, and maintenance activities associated with your new Lennar home. From laying the foundation to design finishes, our Construction Managers guarantee a smooth building process of your home, intent on delivering you a high-quality, innovative new Lennar home.
Customer Care Representative
Lennar cares about every customer’s Lennar home experience, and you are no exception; we want you to feel confident and aptly cared for as you shop, purchase, and own a new Lennar home.
