Lennar will bring a collection of beautiful single-family homes to the Las Vegas area with Emerald Crest, a new community that plans to celebrate two new model homes next month. Emerald Crest will be adding a few more floorplans for homebuyers to choose from, including two of Lennar’s buzzed about Super Home The Home Within a Home® plans.

Emerald Crest has both single and two-story homes in a variety of styles. Priced from the $500,000’s, providing home sizes ranging from approximately 2,628 to 4,632 square feet, four to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Lennar’s two Super Homes range from 4,402 to 4,606 square feet. These huge floorplans include attached private suites complete with separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, bathroom and laundry area in a truly unique design intended to accommodate dual and multigenerational living situations, and are expanded versions of Lennar’s The Home Within A Home®.
The 4,606 square foot plan is a sprawling single-story home with four bedrooms, a den, private suite, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a four-bay garage. The 4,402 square foot home is a two-story with four bedrooms, a loft, a flex room, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-bay garage.
The Emerald plan is currently modeled. This open single-story home provides plenty of space for the whole family with approximately 3,776 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
