Henderson, Nev. – August 2017 – Lennar Las Vegas will be opening three new model homes this weekend, on August 12-13, at their premier Active Adult masterplanned community Heritage at Cadence. Would like to have some info: 55+ or Active Adult Communities in Henderson. We sold our condo in Charlotte, NC relocated to sandy, Utah. Looking for, small scale (1200+ sq.ft), 2 BR., 2 (or (1.5) baths, 1 car garage, Single Level home (or condo, within $175 K price range. Because of not being familiar any areas up there in Nevada or Arizona, we would appreciate your help (or advice) very much. Thanks! looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
