Current homeowners, officials from The LandWell Company who developed the Cadence masterplan and Lennar Las Vegas Division President Joy Broddle will be in attendance for the event, which will include a VIP tour of the new facility on Thursday, September 22 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Set within the masterplanned community of Heritage, the only guard-gated or age-qualified community in Cadence for individuals aged 55 or better, the event will mark the opening of the residents-only recreation center since the community opened last January. There are four villas within Heritage: Duets, Symphony, Encore and Duets. A variety of floorplans and home designs are available, with home sizes ranging between approximately 1,800 to 3,200 square feet of living space.
