Pahrump, Nev. – June 2019 – Lennar, the nation’s largest homebuilder, announced they will Grand Open the model homes at Pleasant Valley, a new home community that offers all Next Gen® floorplans for multigenerational living, on Saturday, June 29, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Home shoppers will discover two floorplans at Pleasant Valley, each of which showcases one of the homebuilder’s innovative Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs. Sizes range from approximately 2,136 to 2,322 square feet and offer three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two-bay garages.
