The Las Vegas Business Press has ranked two masterplan communities, Summerlin and Cadence, in the top 25 throughout the nation based on sale count. Summerlin ranks No. 9 in the nation while Cadence ranks No. 19 and earns the spot for second-highest seller in the Las Vegas Valley.
