Free Dog-Themed Festival Will Feature Refreshments, Activities and Giveaways
Lennar is embracing the dog days of summer with a special pet-friendly event on Saturday, August 15th, and Sunday, August 16th, at its Greenbriar active-adult communities throughout New Jersey.
Entertainment and fun for everyone’s beloved canine companions is on the agenda, as well as some refreshments and activities for people to enjoy. Mobile dog groomers will be on site to offer pedicure and brushing services. The first 20 dogs at each community will receive a hot dog chew toy, while pet owners can munch on real hot dogs and other snacks from the complimentary lunch carts.
The Dog Days of Summer event will also showcase the beautifully-landscaped grounds, resort-like amenities and relaxed lifestyle Lennar’s Greenbriar active-adult communities are known for. Guests will have the opportunity to take tours of the communities and learn more about the distinctive home designs, clubhouses, pools, fitness centers, gardens, golf and other exceptional facilities Greenbriar residents enjoy on a daily basis. Details will also be provided on Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program which offers today’s most popular features and upgrades already included in the purchase price.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 15th from noon to 4 p.m. at Greenbriar Fox Ridge in Rockaway Township, and on Sunday, August 16th from noon to 4 p.m. at Greenbriar Oceanaire in Waretown, Greenbriar Falls in Tinton Falls, Greenbriar at Villagio in South Brunswick and Greenbriar Stonebridge in Monroe Township.
