The people have spoken — and Lennar is growing again!
Our residential home customers have been showing strong interest in Oklahoma City, OK, and the areas surrounding it. We’re delighted to report that their continued excitement has not fallen on deaf ears at Lennar.
We’ve been hard at work preparing to meet and exceed your expectations in this exciting area of the country — one that’s alive with growth and opportunity.
We’re pleased to announce our first community in the state of Oklahoma, slated to open in Spring of 2023.
Customer satisfaction has led to steady growth
As we design, develop, and build fine homes and communities around various states, the word spreads. We get a lot of customer feedback with questions about expanding into new states.
Judging by the flood of questions, Oklahoma City is a natural choice for a new Lennar market. And adding the state of Oklahoma to our portfolio has been an exciting new step for us!
Ashton Court is coming soon
So, what can you expect from Lennar’s first community in the Oklahoma City area?
We’re kicking off our new venture with Ashton Court. This collection of single-family homes will be nestled near the John Kilpatrick Turnpike and South Sara Road, with attractively winding streets lined with single-family homes from our Watermill collection.
Each Ashton Court floorplan will offer between 1,260 – 1,784 sq. ft. of living space with three to four bedrooms, two to two-and-one-half bathrooms and two-car garages.
Features will include dazzling open-concept living areas, stylish owner’s suites, and some homes even include a game room or flex room — varying, of course, by floorplan.
Ashton Court’s location allows for easy access to the Oklahoma City metro. The Kilpatrick Turnpike and Interstate 40 are both within easy reach, encouraging quick commutes and more convenient drives — wherever you wish to go.
Additional communities are on the way
In addition to Ashton Court, we are hard at work developing other high-quality neighborhoods in the Oklahoma City area. Here’s a brief preview:
- Bellflower in Oklahoma City is west-southwest of the OKC metro. This will be a master-planned community offering single-family homes. Bellflower’s resident-exclusive amenities will include a community center and swimming pool.
- Huntington Ridge is in northwest Oklahoma City. This community will offer single-family homes with resident-only amenities including a playground, picnic area and trail.
- Parkway Square in Oklahoma City is north-northwest of the metro. This community will offer single-family homes.
- The Villages is in Norman, OK — home of the University of Oklahoma campus — on the south-southeastern side of the metro. This community will bring single-family homes to this area, which enjoys all the urban benefits but with a lower cost of living. A community playground and trail system will offer the perfect way to entertain the kids, walk the dog or take a quick jog whenever the time is right.
Stay tuned for future updates about these communities, and many MORE!
