Lennar Seattle is excited to kick off 2019 with a bang, bringing 15 new model homes that will Grand Open in January. Home shoppers are encouraged to save the date and bring the whole family to these four new community events, each of which enjoy a prime location.
“January is going to be a very happening month for us and we cannot wait to show off our new model homes and floorplan designs,” said Bill Salvesen, Division President for Lennar Seattle. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to start the new year with a fresh and jam-packed month.”
Bridges will be the first new community to Grand Open in Auburn on January 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees will get to enjoy complimentary food and refreshments from a delicious local food truck, face painting for the little ones, fun giveaways and the first opportunity to tour the two professionally-decorated model homes.
Retreat Meadows in Federal Way will Grand Open the following weekend on Saturday, January 12. Lennar will open two new model homes for the public to see and also feature complimentary refreshments, music and giveaways.
Just down the way from Retreat Meadows, Maple Hills will Grand Opens the following weekend on Saturday, January 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Home shoppers are invited to attend to enjoy complimentary food and refreshments from a local food truck along with face painting, giveaways and of course tours of the three new model homes.
The biggest event of all will be at Ten Trails in Black Diamond. On Saturday, January 26 Lennar Seattle will unveil their Grand Model Showplex at the Ten Trails masterplan. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the eight new model homes and enjoy festivities such as a variety of local food trucks, music, face painters, balloon artists, delicious desserts and lots of fun giveaways.
