San Diego, Calif. – January 2019 – Despite the rare rainy weather, thousands of people came out to Lennar’s Grand Opening of Sterling Heights at The Lakes Above Rancho Santa Fe to tour the never-before-seen estate-style model homes.

Home shoppers will find six distinctive floorplans to choose from at Sterling Heights, including single, two-story and three Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs. The large homes in total range from approximately 4,283 to 6,540 square feet of living space with four to five bedrooms and four and one-half to five and one-half bathrooms.
The details these floorplans encompass give these homes an elevated level of design, with features such as split four-bay garages, double kitchen islands, butler’s pantries, first floor master suites in single-story residences and beautiful California rooms for stylish outdoor entertaining. The three Next Gen® floorplans all feature an attached private suite that functions as a home within itself. The suites include their own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, stackable washer and dryer for a design that allows for as much privacy or connection between the two homes as is desired.
