More than 400 people came out for the Grand Opening of Heritage El Dorado Hills, Lennar’s newest active adult community. The event was a huge success as there was a rising need for a premier age-qualified community in the area.

Heritage El Dorado Hills is a new solar, master-planned community for active adults 55+ that offers three collections of homes, with 15 unique floorplans, ranging from approximately 1,230 to 2,993 square feet of living space. Lennar plans to have a total of approximately 1,060 single-family homes, built in phases, at Heritage El Dorado Hills. The community currently features three distinct home collections– Mosaic, Legends and Estates.
“Our goal is to meet the needs of a wide variety of buyers with the distinct homes that will be featured within the community. We truly have a home for everyone,” said Kilgore.
The Estates collection and Legends collection feature signature Lennar The Home Within A Home® floorplans designed to accommodate dual living situations. An attached suite features a private living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry and separate entrance.
