Attendees will discover The Connected Home by Lennar along with the world’s first Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Designs. These modern homes incorporate built-in wireless access points to provide strong and consistent coverage in every room.
Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program also fills these homes with the latest in home automation technology and products from today’s top brands. The products come included at no additional cost and allow homeowners to manage front door locks and monitoring, lights, temperature, music, movies and so much more – remotely on a smart device or with voice control from Amazon Alexa.
The homes at Emerald Crest come in single-story plans and two-story plans that range from approximately 2,628 to 4,613 square feet of generous living space. Within the collection is a single-story home with an RV garage, and two Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs. Created specifically for multigenerational families, Next Gen® homes include a private attached residence that has its own separate entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
