When you live at Kinross at Twin Eagles, you not only have a magnificent backdrop from every vantage point, you live where the golf pros play. The Jack Nicklaus designed Talon course has hosted six PGA events. It is regarded as one of the finest courses in Florida with magnificent towering oaks and palm trees, lakes, bunkers, mounding and natural cypress hammocks. The par 72 design is classic Nicklaus with 7,193 yards from longest tees, tough approach shots and rolling greens. The course is considered fair and offers a lot of enjoyment for all levels of golfers. Even though water comes into play on most holes, they can be played without any forced carries.

The new Eagle course at Twin Eagles was designed by Steve Smyers and Patrick Andrews. It has a classic, historical design but features modern yardages to keep up with today’s high performance equipment. There are several features that make this par 71 course classic, including a thumbprint green, a Redan and reverse Redan. Some unique optical challenges also keep things interesting like a rectangular green and thought provoking angles, all enhanced by a variety of pin placements. This design provides a different experience each time the Eagle course is played. The Eagle course was recently named the “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine.

Even though golf is a huge draw, there are also a broad variety of other amenities to suit various lifestyles at Twin Eagles. At the center of the recreational and social life is the breathtaking 47,000 square foot clubhouse. The design of this grand facility as well as the entire community is reminiscent of vintage St. Andrews in Scotland, where the game of golf was born. The old-world architecture of this “Scottish Manor” carries over to the brand new 6,500 square foot fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and outdoor restaurant and bar. Between the two new buildings is a new pool and large well-landscaped deck area with a view of the lake.

Twin Eagles has been carved into a picturesque setting of natural preserves and untouched wooded areas. Not only does this serene, natural beauty complement the intrinsic Scottish characteristics of the golf courses, it provides a visual feast at every turn. At the same time the golf courses themselves, with their thick-piled greens and vast verdant fairways punctuated by contrasting sand and water hazards, wrap the homes in absolute splendor.

Residents of Kinross at Twin Eagles also enjoy close proximity to everything that makes Naples a premier resort destination, just minutes from white sand beaches, marinas and Fifth Avenue’s upscale dining, boutiques and services, cultural venues and more.

Twin Eagles is open Monday through Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 1pm-6pm. The community is located at 12495 Fenhurst Way, off Immokalee Road, a few miles east of I-75. For information, call 866-203-6325 or visit Lennar.com/SWFLsave.
