Lennar Las Vegas recently announced that not only have they broken ground on their new Heritage community in Cadence, but also on the all-new and highly anticipated Recreation Center that will serve as the hub of the active adult community.
The private recreation center is situated in the heart of the Heritage community and will offer over 22,000 square feet with both indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, billiard tables, craft rooms, a ballroom, exercise classes and a café. A total of 19 unique home designs will range in size from approximately 1,800 to 3,200 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms plus den, two to three and one-half bathrooms and two to four-bay garages.
