An additional 12 townhomes are expected to be completed by April 2015, nine of which are under contract. The luxury townhomes range from 2,449 square-feet, with prices starting in the high $200’s.
Don’t expect the remaining townhomes to last long, though, as Lennar has been selling about three homes a month to a variety of home buyers.
