On Thursday, June 1st, numerous associates from Lennar Maryland took home awards from the Maryland Building Industry Association’s MAX Awards. The MAX Awards (Maryland Awards of Excellence) recognizes local builders for providing home buyers with excellence in design, livability, and value, as well as for outstanding achievement in sales and marketing in the home building industry.
For the second year in a row, Lennar associate Chris Birth won the Sales Manager of the Year award.
Gail Adkins took home the award for Exceptional Sales Effort for her outstanding commitment and hard work in her community St. Charles Towns.
Katrina Thenor won Single Family Sales Person of the Year for her success and dedication in her community St. Charles Singles.
Rookie of the year went to Renee Washington. She has done an exceptional job in the Groves at Piney Church community.
Sales Assistant of the Year went to Carolyn Herring, who has played a tremendous effort in helping out the southern communities, Chelsea Manor and Groves at Piney Church.
For Exceptional Sales Effort from a Trailer won Diana Nucci, for her success in her community Summerfield Village despite the disadvantages of selling from a trailer.
Most Dedicated Sales Person was awarded to Greta Bill, who has gone above and beyond the duties of a New Home Consultant in her community Tanyard Springs Towns.
Lennar Maryland also took home two product awards:
The Arlington at Summerfield Village won the Large Volume Town Home $500,000 – $599,999 category.
The Everest at Oxford Square won the Large Volume Multifamily/Condo $400,000-$499,999 category.
