Lennar is excited to invite home shoppers to tour the new models for Matrix, a new collection of homes for sale at the Innovation masterplan, either with a Lennar-guided or self-guided tour available by appointment. Home shoppers can also discover more collections of homes, including Aspect and Lumiere, from the three collections now selling at the masterplan.

Lumiere offers a collection of single-level condominiums for sale, available in six distinctive floorplans that range from approximately 1,279 to 1,713 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms and two to two and one-half bathrooms. The homes feature modern, open-concept living areas, private outdoor decks and expansive owner’s suites.

Aspect is another collection of new three-story townhome-style condominiums that are now pre-selling. With five floorplans to choose from, the homes range in size from approximately 1,291 to 2,313 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms.

Chroma, the fourth collection at Innovation, is coming soon and bringing a variety of new condominiums for sale that range from 690 to 1,495 square feet and provide up to three bedrooms.
