Lennar releases third series of new Active adult homes at Heritage in El Dorado Hills

Lennar is proud to announce they recently unveiled their first and highly anticipated release of homes at The Estates at Heritage EL Dorado Hills, the third series of homes being offered in this master-planned community. This premier, age qualified community is seeing increased interest due to the gorgeous homes and idyllic resort-style community.

In the Estates series, Lennar showcased a variety of floorplans ranging in size from approx. 2,405 to 2,993 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three and a half bathrooms, and two to three-bay garages.

Heritage El Dorado Hills is a new solar home master-planned community for active adults 55+ that offers 15 unique floorplans, ranging from approximately 1,235 to 2,993 square feet of living space. Lennar plans to have a total of approximately 1,060 single-family homes, built in phases, at Heritage El Dorado Hills. The community currently features three distinct home collections– Mosaic, Legends and Estates.
