Will be retiring in a few years and looking for a home in a warmer climate. My wife and I are from the Midwest . We were in Las Vegas two years ago and looked at houses but Lennar homes stood out . In particular the Augusta in Henderson NV. The layout was just what we were looking for. Although we are not ruling out Vegas we are also looking in the Phoenix Az and surrounding suburbs and San Antonio Tx and surrounding suburbs. My question is can the Augusta be built in Az or Tx also?
