Lennar San Antonio has won Lennar’s 2016 National Z Values Contest, outranking 29 other Lennar divisions.
The annual award ranks Lennar divisions across the country on construction quality and customer satisfaction, based on homeowner surveys conducted through H2Insight, a customer experience survey firm, as well as internal Lennar metrics regarding construction processes and quality. The Z Values program, which evolved from a commitment to having “zero defects” during a homeowner orientation, embodies Lennar’s core principles of Quality, Value and Integrity.
