Black Diamond, Washington – January 2019 – Lennar Seattle is proud to announce their biggest Grand Opening event to date will take place on Saturday, January 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ten Trails masterplan. Lennar will unveil their all-new model home showplex with eight professionally decorated model homes and a whole host of fun activities. The model homes will showcase a variety of available home designs now selling at the Ten Trails masterplan and range in size from approximately 2,350 to 3,862 square feet of living space. The eight models are from Lennar’s East Village Collection at Ten Trails, which in total offers 12 distinctive floorplans for home shoppers to choose from. The residences offer four to five bedrooms, two and one-half to four bathrooms and showcase modern open-concept designs, beautiful kitchens, luxurious master suites and Lennar’s Everything’s Included® features and upgrades that come at no additional cost.
At Ten Trails, home shoppers are able to purchase one of Lennar’s revolutionary Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® designs in the Bainbridge plan.
