One of the nation’s leading homebuilders is excited to announce they recently broke ground for their newest and most exciting active adult Heritage community in Henderson, located within the beautiful Cadence community.

“After seeing a rising need for a premier, age qualified community in the area, we designed Heritage,” said Max. “This new community will afford an outstanding quality of life for active adults in the area.” Heritage is the only age-qualified community in Cadence for 55 and the only guard gated community.
With four communities being offered, Lennar plans to have a total of approximately 953 single-family homes, built in phases, at Heritage in Cadence. The community will feature six distinct model homes, which are currently under construction.
A total of 19 unique home designs will range in size from approximately 1,800 to 3,200 square feet of living space with 2 to 3 bedrooms plus den, 2 to 3.5 and one-half bathrooms and 2 to 4-bay garages.
“Our goal is to meet the needs of a wide variety of buyers with the distinct homes that will be featured within the community. We truly have a home for everyone,” said Max.
Heritage at Cadence will also feature a signature Lennar The Home Within A Home® floorplan designed to accommodate dual living situations. An attached suite features a private living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, laundry and separate entrance. “These homes are different than anything you’ve seen from other builders. They are not dual master suites, they are essentially two homes under one roof,” said Max.
In addition, a private recreation center is situated in the heart of the Heritage community.
