I was told by one of your saleman that another adult community was being built in the Vineyard area of Sacramento (off Gerber Road) to be completed this month???
When will these models be ready and the new subdivision being released? Do you know the prices yet? Are they all going to be only two bedrooms and maybe one larger three bedroom plan? Any chance that you will be duplicating the "Pebble Beach" model that was in the "Destinations" subdivision?
